CCS/CC1310: Issues related to chip identification？

It's a bit unclear from the picture, did you select "unknown" and not "CC1310" on the left hand side when you tried to connect? 

I can't select.I tried to connect,but it show unknown device.

Does that mean you get the error message if you click on the highlighted in the below picture:

Also try to disconnect everything so you just have one xds attached as shown above.

I disconnected the other connections and the result was the same.

What have you tried of the tips that are listed in the error message?

I close all process except the flash programmer 2.And i want to erase it，but i can't.so I don't know what to do .

Meaning that you tried to mass erase? Mass erase should normally be possible if you are able to see "CC1310" on the left hand side but you can have overwritten the CCFG sector and blocked the interface.

How can i solve this problem

The last image flash to other chip,It's work fine.And there is no difference between the image in the chip in question and the chip in normal operation.

The CCFG file was not modified in any way, I didn't even open it.

It could that the flash operation was disrupted or similar and that the content of the flash got damaged. Other than that I have no idea why you are able to flash the same file to two different chip and only one works.

I mean is I can load the .hex file.

And the chip can run,it's only can't load .hex file

Meaning that if you flash the same .hex file to two chips, you get "unknown" for one of them after flashing when you connect to Smart RF Studio but the code on the chip behaves as expected?

Yes,it's run as expected.but I want to reload the .hex file，because I updata the .hex file.
