CC3220: CC3220SF On-Chip Flash Erase Times & Flash Write Times..

Hi Team SimpleLink WiFi,

My customer is looking for the time it takes to erase and write to the CC3220 on-chip flash memory but this does not seem to be available in the datasheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cc3220.pdf ) or TRM (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru465/swru465.pdf ).  An good example of what we are looking for is like the flash timings provided for TM4C devices (see attached)..

    Hi Merril,

    The internal flash is mainly used for application code and so the main impact is on boot time (for which the datasheet provides info).
    Those number are more relevant for flash that is access by user applications and thus not appear in our specifications.
