CC2530: Coordinator AF_DATA_CONFIRM status 26 (0x1A)

Hi folks,

This morning, one of our networks went down. Upon inspection of the system logs, we discovered that the coordinator returned status 26 (0x1A) for all transactions. When I looked into the coordinator code, I learned that this stood for MAC_NO_RESOURCES (The operation could not be completed because memory resources were available). We are facing this issue for the first time and we would like to know what causes this. We need to avoid this from happening in the future and also need to handle this if this happens.
