CC2538: OTA upgrade stop in between when we use Zigbee gateway with znp OTA server.

Hello,

I am using CC2538-CC2592EMK as ZNP and ZR based on z-stack 3.0.2 and Zigbee 3.0 gateway on Raspberry PI(ZNP over USB)

for OTA client I am using ZR switch OTA project.

For OTA server when I use ota server tool and respective ota dongle project ...The OTA upgrade process works perfectly without any issue.

But when I use Zigbee gateway as ota server OTA upgrade starts but it stops in between, that is after some time OTA client device will request for next block but server does not give block response and then ota client will request for end image ..but for that server does not give any response.

Attached sniffer log for response.

OTA upgrade starts at -packet 165 and server stops sending response at packet 824.

Hi,

From the sniffer logs, it's evident that the ZNP is still active (still acknowledges the Image Block Requests).

Do you gather anything from the gateway server logs (after running zigbeeHAgw)?

It would be interesting to see whether the OTA server is still active.
For example, notice how the first Query Next Image Request (pkt 159) is followed by a Query Next Image Response (pkt 167) within 0.07 seconds, while the last Query Next Image Request (pkt 886) does not...

Hi,

I have tested twice ..I have observed that whenever OTA process starts ...gateway stops logging after that.

Hi PFA new zigbee gateway log.

when ota upgrade stops ..then I can see below error in zigbee gateway log.

Latest Zigbee 3.0 Linux GW reference design is ZIGBEE-LINUX-SENSOR-TO-CLOUD_1.0.1. Do you use it or you use ZIGBEE-LINUX-SENSOR-TO-CLOUD_1.0.0? If you use old version, I would suggest you to try latest ZIGBEE-LINUX-SENSOR-TO-CLOUD_1.0.1.
