CC1352P: Production Test, Quality

Part Number: CC1352P

Hi We identified 2 potential failure modes during our Product DFMEA

-1 Processor does not retain programming,

-2 Processor will not execute programming.

Can you provide written confirmation that these items will be prevented on our final product (due to IC) by CC1352P factory test, please?

Our supplier Avnet suggested that this forum is the best means to get an answer.

    Hi,

    Your post doesn’t provide sufficient information to fully assess the issue.

    TI provides a warranty as per the applicable Terms of Sale (http://www.ti.com/legal/terms-of-sale.html), and that the datasheet provides detailed information about the devices, its features and functionalities.  

    Please note that using the device in very hostile environments like … (for which the device is not made) and/or application-specific conditions may cause unexpected behavior in the customer end-product.

    Please contact your local TI FAE/Sales person with your failure issue then our QA will assess/debug  the parts and provide you a detailed report about their findings.
