Hello,

We use the CC2560A (PAN1325A). It’s indicated in the CC256x datasheet that CC2560A doesn’t support assisted modes whether for HFP or A2DP, but is it possible to transmit an audio data from a CC2660A to another using PCM/I2S interface? how we can do that? or we cannot absolutely use this interface as if it does not exist in this part?!

    Hi Ibrahim,

    Since the CC2560A does not support the assisted mode, it is not possible to use the I2S/PCM lines of this device to transfer audio data.

    The CC2560A is NRND part and if your application requires the assisted mode, please consider the CC256xB that replaced the CC2560A. The CC2564MODA is based on the CC2564B and it supports assisted modes.
