I need information regarding SLOW_CLK_IN (Pin 8) of CC2564MODA module.

Is it mandatory to active it or connect it to work with Bluetooth Module.

SLOW_CLK_IN is needed. Please refer to 'clock specifications' in CC256x data sheet. (www.ti.com/.../cc2564.pdf)

Since there are specific accuracy requirements for the timing and accuracy of the slow clock, it is best to use a dedicated crystal as the clock source rather than the host processor. Please refer to the CC2564MODAEM design files for example.
