CC2564: Adjusting TX Power in BLE mode with the CC2564

Hi, 

I'm trying to adjust the TX power of the CC2564 following this thread:

I'm sending the VS_Set_Max_Output_Power() command right after the BSC_Initailize command but the TX power doesn't change by looking at the RSSI on the receiving device.

Is it the right command for setting the BLE Power? If not, what command should I use and can you provide an example?
