Linux/CC2564C: Is there relationship between bts init file and eeprom?

Part Number: CC2564C

Tool/software: Linux

Hello,

Now we found a issue that phone call quality goes bad using BT handset about 5-10 meters away from terminal under heavy WIFI interference.

But once do a reset flash on terminal, the call quality goes good.

I want to confirm that whether there is something information ,like configuration, that will be stored in eeprom area for the first time. And for the following terminal reset, these infos will be kept same except that do a eeprom clean operation. Especially during bts script init stage.

Please help confirm about that.

Add another description:

I understand (confirm if i'm right or wrong) the configuration of the init file are sent to BT chip through HCI commands,
and stored in an eeprom (flash) memory of the BT chip.
When a binary is upgraded with a new init file or an init file is changed manually,
is there a wipe operation that cleans the eeprom contents before writing new values ?
after hard or soft reset ?
Does the "reset flash" command would have such effect on the TI chip 2564C eeprom ?

Thanks.
