I am using the CC2640 with the same components and configuration as the SimpeLink CC2650 evaluation Module kit. We were wondering what the value of the Internal Capacitor Array was set to. register SET_CCFG_MODE_CONF_XOSC_CAPARRAY_DELTA and how you came to setting it to that value.
