BOOSTXL-CC2650MA: How long does it take for the 2650 to turn a UART Packet into a Bluetooth Protocol Packet?

From what I understand, the CC2650 uses a 2640 to do bluetooth transmission, so maybe the question should be how long does it take for the 2640 to convert a UART packet to a packet that could be sent over Bluetooth.
