It is a question for data through rate;

If I run CC2640R2 under newest STACK (BT 4.2 full feature?),between IOS or ANDROID, how about max data through?

If it can over 100kbps, I think voice transfer will be possible.

This shows a demonstration of the throughput between two CC26xx devices. Though it is demonstrated with CC2650 it also applies to CC2640R2F.

The limiting factor is the mobile device side. It depends on what connection intervals and MTU sizes that your mobile phone will support.

Note that TI has demonstrated IMA-ADPCM compressed voice transfer using Bluetooth 4.0 features only, enhanced features such as data length extension and large MTU will only improve that. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../BLESDK-2.2.x-CC2650RC_Developers_Guide
