CC2541: Workaround reason for resolve connecting issue with Android7

Connections may drop after connecting with Android 7+ devices. This issues presents when SNV flash memory has high utilization.

We close connecting issue with Android 7 after add workaround following above Wiki and E2E. Could you let me know the reason?

Is it a android upgrade compatibility issue? Thanks.

It has been resolved by following the workaround.

My quesntion is what's the root cause for it? It's a bug casued by CC254X SDK or Android version upgrade? Thanks.
