The red line below is input voltage, unit is mV.
The baby blue line is ADC conversion output.
As you see, set 3200mV voltage as ADC input. Internal reference with scaling enabled.
The ADC output controlled by SCE is 3160.96mV, difference value is ~40mV.
If convert it by M3, the difference value is smaller than 10mV.
So, Is it complete same on HW control by SCE and M3? Or is there some code difference on SW? Such as conversion formula. Thanks a lot.
