I try use CCS, but build error,and my version is CCS7.0 and simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_30_00_25 . How use CCS to export bin files.

When I Compile oad_target_cc2640r2lp_app:

There's actually a fix for this (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC2640_OAD_User's_Guide),
try adding an extra > so that the .text line reads:
.text : >> FLASH

I don't see why not - you probably could run host_test on it and use BTool like the regular instructions that are currently released.
