CC2640R2F: CC2640R2F Package Differences

Part Number: CC2640R2F

There is RGZ, RHB, YFV and RSM packages. What is the difference between them? For example, the RHB package has only 32 pins. That means i have less options to use inputs and outputs than RGZ package(48pins). Is that the only difference, or are there other differences?

One of differences is PIN number and another is QFN and BGA package. YFV is BGA and others are QFN.

In CC2640R2F RGZ itself, there are two different components CC2640R2FRGZ R and CC2640R2FRGZ T.

1.what is the difference between CC2640R2FRGZ R and CC2640R2FRGZ T.

2.what is the meaning of CC2640R2FRGZ R and CC2640R2FRGZ T.

Is that Operating Frequency only the difference between them?

I think the difference is only about SPQ. One is 2500 and another is 250.

R = Large Reel
T = Small Reel
