Hi all,

I'm trying to switch debug interface of CC2538 SoC from 2-pin cJTAG to 4-pin JTAG as CC2538 user manual guide but i don't know which tool and what command i need to use to do this. Has anyone done it before?

Hi,
The required sequence is much better explained in the CC2650 Technical Reference Manual, chapter 5. CC2650 has more or less the same debug interface as CC2538. The sequence for switching to 4-pin mode (or really to enable TDI and TDO) is identical and is described in chapter 5.2.2.2.
