Please let me confirm the following question.

 Do you have some variations for package of CC1020?

In case of CC1101, TI issued the PCN of changing package.

Do you issue the similar letter for CC1020?

    Dear Kato Motoki,

    Currently TI only has only one package for CC1020, which is the RUZ package, i.e. there are two orderable part numbers: CC1020RUZ and CC1020RUZR. If you look on TI's CC1020 product folder on web (http://www.ti.com/product/CC1020/samplebuy) you will find a few other orderable part number options, i.e. seemingly you can order previous package options such as the CC1020-RTB1, CC1020-RTR1, CC1020RSS, CC1020RSSG4 and CC1020RSSR, but these part numbers are in reality Alternate Part Numbers (APN), i.e. they have been kept as APNs to make the ordering process easy for existing customers. This means that you can still order the "old" part number (e.g. CC1020RSSR), but you will receive CC1020RUZR since CC1020RSSR is an APN.

    Any change in package will be informed through a PCN in the same way as for the CC1101, since this is considered a major change. This was done back in 2008 for CC1020 (transition from RSS package to RUZ package). This was covered by PCN 20081216001A, and informed of the APN strategy as well.
