Great, I have typo , its CC1310 not CC1320.
But what about the edge router for CC1310, does TI have hardware and SW support for it?

Hi,

Yes, a few days ago we posted support for the cc1310 on Contiki. You can build an Edge Router also. Please see github.com/.../srf06-cc26xx

We are currently updating our ti.com/contiki-6lowpan-wiki wiki with instructions for cc1310 also.
