Which [gang] production programmer do I need for loading Intel HEX-files into CC85xx devices?

I guess nobody really knows? Perhaps I should ask it another way.

For loading firmware into CC85xx devices, is our only option the CC Debugger? And when I mean firmware, a I mean the config file.

There's got to be a mass production programmer for us to use.
