I am trying to use the BLE Device monitor on Windows 8 with the USB dongle. I have gone through all I could find in other threads on solutions but none have worked.
Currently I have the host test release program on the USB dongle and I have the drivers installed so in Device Manager I see the USB as COM6. However when I open BLE Device Monitor and try to find the serial port I get no options on the port drop down menu.
Any help would be appreciated.
