FCC/IC Certification of BLE device based on 2541 KEYFOB

Hi I am looking for a "road to compliance" type document for using your FCC ID:ZAT2541KEYFOB and IC:451H-2541KEYFOB compliance certifications for my own BLE remote. Do you have such a document? I assume I would need to test my device for unintentional radiator and SAR, but the rest should be covered by your submission. Please advise, Patrick

Hi Patrick,

You can only reuse the FCC and IC certifications if you use the Keyfob design exactly as-is. Any changes to the HW will trigger a requirement for new certification.

It is same except I added more pushbuttons and removed the accelerometer and sounder.

Antenna is exactly same and has been simulated in hyper lynx to be 50 ohms.
