how to get scan request callback

we are very urgent to want an api to set the scan request callback. which we can know when get the scan request before or after the scan response sending.

nRF51 have this function, but i have buy many TI CC2540, we don't want to turn to nRF

have try to listen KFD_HCI_ADV_NOTICE_EVT, but unfortunately, scan response don't trigger this event.

In case of BLE, central device sends Scan Request to the peripheral device who is advertising. On receipt of the Scan Request, the peripheral device respond with Scan Response data.

The scan response data can be set using "GAPRole_SetParameter( GAPROLE_SCAN_RSP_DATA, sizeof (data), data );". The maximum size of scan response data is 31 bytes.

i known it will send scan response quickly, but this event can't be get by user, for example, i want to playback an audio from buzzer after receive scan request.
