Why there are no "hal_i2c.h" and "hal_i2c.c" in the HAL folders in cc2541 demo projects?

I checked the "HAL_Dtiver_API.pdf", the chapter 11 is about I2C service and it lists all the function I can for I2C interface in cc2541.

But when I checked the cc2541 demo project like keyfob, there are no hal i2c sources codes, in the BLE installed directory "BLE-CC254x-1.4.0\Components\hal", there are no i2c interface source codes too. Why?

The BLE Stack doesn't use the HAL I2C drivers. If you want examples, look at the Sensor Tag target as Eirik Suggests. The project using this target is the SensorTag.
