TDK Sesub-Pan-T2541

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2541

Hi Everyone,

I am interested in buying TDK's Sesub-Pan-T2541 for  development. Does anyone have any experience with the evaluation kit? I can't even find a details of its contents.

Is it compatible with other cc2541 equipment (e.g TI RF05 board)?

Is the performance similar to that of a regular cc2541?

Thanks in advance,

Eran

  • Hi Eran,

The smaller size may affect the temp range and possible performance but other than that, features should be similar. It's compatible with all the CC2541 related tools.

  • Hi Joakim,

I have another question about SESUB-PAN-T2541. The size of the chip is 6mm*6mm; however, the SESUB-PAN-T2541 is smaller than that of CC2541. I do not know why. Could you please give me some suggestion? Thanks.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi,

I'm not fully informed about their process but note that the TI Package is much bigger than the actual silicon that resides inside :) I understand the confusion, although be sure that the silicon part is the same in both, more or less.

    Best Regards
