cc2540 ADC, battery

Hi,

I'm using the ADC in the battmeasure folder in order to perform ADC readings from inputting a signal into PIN1 and i was wondering how do i interpret the precentage results i get to an ADC reading ?

thank you

  • This depends on your battery property. For example, if you use a coin cell battery, it is about 3V when it is brand new. Let's say it would be regarded as battery low when it goes 2.4V and you want to show battery is drained up. In this case, you can divide 2.4V~3V to 0~100%.
  • Thanks Yikai for the reply

What I meant was im no longer measuring the coin cell battery but measuring an input signal into channel 6 but using the battery measure functions to perform the ADC operation so im reading the results on Btool using 2A:19.

I was wondering how to interpret those results.

    Thank you !
