Hello ,

I am unable to sense the temperature beyond 65 degrees on CC2650. Till 65 degrees it shows relative values. But once it reaches near 65 degrees, the temperature reading rolls over and it again starts showing the readings from 0, for the temperature range beyond 65 degrees..

May I know what is the issue?

What is the maximum temperature the device can sense?

Hi Abhijeet,

The device supports the full temperature range in the data sheet.
How are you reading out the temperature information? We do provide an API giving you degrees Celsius directly:

#include <driverlib/aon_batmon.h>
uint8_t temp = AON_BatmonTempGetDegC();

Thanks a lot. It is now working fine.
Actually, I was using previously AONBatMonTemperatureGet() API, given in peripheral driver library. Dont know what is the issue with it.
