CC2540 USB Dongle Driver Installation freezes at last step

I am trying to install the CC2540 USB Dongle using the file 'BLE-CC254x-1.4.1.43908.exe' on Windows. The installation goes smoothly, before freezing at this step, and never goes ahead:

Am I missing something?

Hello,

Is this on Win7 or another Windows version? Can you run the installer with Admin privileges?

This is Windows 7. I tried running as admin, still have the same issue :/
