Any Dual mode BT chip that will contain the stack?

Will the fully FCC certified CC2564MOD contain the following?

1) contain the stack (or just be an RF front end)?

2) Is there a preliminary User's Guide that provides Pinouts, Footprint & schematic?

3) When will the module be sampling?

4) When is the RTM date?
