1. Is cc2564 is compatible with all smart phones ( ios , android , windows )?

2. How CC2564 communicate with msp430 . by default or need to be programed ? if it is to be programmed then what is the procedure , how much support is available to us ( any video or any support from texas instrument) .

3. let me know if there is any Bluetooth programming tool

Hi,

Yes CC2564 is compatible will all smart phones.

CC2564 communicate with msp430 over UART.

We don't have a demo to display this. But it should be possible, If you can optimize your app to fit in to 128KB available on MSP430F5229.
