Hi,
You can use CC2564B device See http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_EVM_Platform#Bluetooth_Evaluation_boards
AVRCP 1.4 is only a stack feature it has nothing to do with the controller and the latest Bluetopia stack available supports it http://www.ti.com/tool/stonestreetone-bt-sdk
Mind that you can use CC2564B for HFP 1.6 . The voice data is available at the CC2564B, PCM/I2S interface and be aware that the data should be decoded(host processor) and you need an external CODEC for HFP.
MAP and PBAP demos are available on Bluetopia release for Tiva C.
There is no limitation form the CC2564B device for your requirement. visit our main wiki http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x, and also see the data Sheet for more information.
What is the stack you are using? As bluetopia does not have support for FreeRTOS?
I am not sure of the MCUs, Please do check it on the controllers forum.
See Wiki http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_EVM_Platform Bluetopia works only with All MSP430 (with flash > 128kB) & Tiva C (Tiva TM4C123x (with Flash >=128KB) and TM4C129x (ALL)) family of devices. But you can interface our CC2564B device with any host controller if you are using the stack of your own choice.
