CC2564B is unstable?

I am testing the CC2564B through a SOC UART, I found the IC will "no response" after about 150M bytes data receiving. I do not think it is the UART hang since I adjusted the baud rate, the issue occurs always at about 150M bytes receiveing.

When this issue occurs, I cannot read/write the CC2564B, how to troubleshooting?
