Can not compile CC256x MSP430 Bluetopia Demo in CCS

I just began to work on CC256x, and am trying to compile CC256x MSP430 Bluetopia SPP Demo in CCS. I got the following error:

error #10269: output file "HRPDemo.out" exceeds code size limit
error #10010: errors encountered during linking; "HRPDemo.out" not built

I also tried other Demos, and failed due to the same reason.   Also tried to compile the demo in IAR, failed due to the same reason too. 

Can someone here help me root cause the issue?

I am using a free CCS license. Do I have to upgrade it to be able to compile the demo?
