CC2564 LDO_OUT problem

Hi

    I was debugging with CC2564,and I had gived 3.3V  and 1.8V to CC2564,but LDO_Out is 0V.

So my stack initial is failed,and print "BSC_initial failed -4"

How can I solve this problem?
