We are able to scan the CC2650 sensor tag on Windows 8.1 & 10 with BT 4.0 adapter but not able to pair it.

Every time we try to pair it , it fails. We have tried it on multiple PC's.

Can you please help.

Hello,

Please see the CC2640 FAQ thread at the top of this forum. The SensorTag is not built with Pairing (LE Security) support, however if you have the updated firmware, it will respond with the correct "Pairing Not Supported" response.
