The issue is configuration of the RFID reader and transponder for receiver. Texas Instrument  transponder - how does it work with reader? ICCTR 296-24842-ND RF-HDT-DVDE-N2; Appreciate any information.

    i suppose you mean RF-HDT-DVBE-N2, correct?

    with Feig reader, you open OBID software and configure for ISO15693, then you can use host mode, scanner mode or send individual commands, based on the ISO15693 standard. 

    Feig has comprehensive user and installation manuals for you to have a look at, too.
