My customer using TMS37157, they have a question.

Please let me confirm the following question.

Is PUSH signal connect to the pull-up or pull-down register ?

If it is connect then please let me know the register value.

Section 5, page four, function is SPI_Read_PCU State. Value will be 0x01 when PUSH comes from output of MSP430 GPIO

One more question.

PUSH signal is connected to the internal pull-up or pull-down register, it is found at the Figure 3 in datasheet SWRS083a.pdf
But it is not specification in this datasheet.

Which is the register pull-up or pull-down ?
and let me know the internal resistance value?

its a pull down - i'll have to check with the design guys on exact value - might take some time as the holidays are upon us - but i will see who might reply to me and let you know.

good luck here - design guys got back to me right away - the answer is that the pull down resistor value inside the TMS37157 on the PUSH pin should be around 60kOhms. Test limits are between 40k and 90k Ohms.
