Other Parts Discussed in Thread: RF430FRL152H

Hi Ti

Here is the attachment that appears after clicking on "download app"

Please go through it  and revert the solution as soon as possible......

Thank you...

  • Hi Venkata,

Sorry about the problem.  Try right clicking and selecting "save link as" or "save target as" and you can download the apk.  You will need to use an apk loader to install the app on a phone.

  • Hi Eddie,

Thanks for your Response. I downloaded the apk file and installed it. But there is a problem in the app :

    1. There is no indication of link(with sensor patch) in the app.

    2. The app is suddenly hanging, displaying some message.

Where can i get the power ratings of the device and also the voltage induced in the NFC communication......

Please revert back as soon as possible...

Can you make sure that NFC is turned on in the settings?

    2. The app is suddenly hanging, displaying some message.

Can you describe or take a screenshot of the error message?

The power ratings of the device are in the RF430FRL152H datasheet available here:
    www.ti.com/.../RF430FRL152H;tisearch=Search-EN-Everything

The direct link for the datasheet:
    www.ti.com/.../rf430frl152h

See table 5.5 for power consumption during execution and 5.6 for power consumption in sleep.

The antenna voltage is specified as VDDH, table 5.26. Since most readers vary on the output power, to get the most accurate number, you could take a DMM and measure the VDDH pin when powering the RF430FRL152H with a reader passively.
