Just using TI-RTOS I2C app in order to work with the RF430CL330H plugged into a MSP-EXP430F5529 Board, I can make it work:

1. I have removed R12

2. Can I plug the booster directly or need intermediate board?

On the other hand can we provide any android app to customers as a NFC Reader?

Hey Marcos,

Which exact hardware are you using? You can use the RF430CL330HTB + MSP430F5529 EXP board or RF430CL330HBP + MSP430F5529LP. I'm assuming you are using the latter. (Booster Datasheet)

If so, the booster pack can plug directly on the launch pad.

I'm unsure which R12 you have removed.

As for Apps, TI doesn't have any released apps currently, but there are a bunch of free ones on the App Store. NFC Tag reader is a good one.

I am using the TRF7970ATB attached to the EXP-MSP430F5529. I finally used this board + smartphone.As you said there is no possibility to mix th boards mentioned above.

Right. If you get a EVM setup with the TRF7970A NFC Transceiver, you can use that also to read/write the RF430CL330H. This would be if you wanted to have one EVM read the other.

The TRF7970A can also interface with smartphones via P2P or Card Emulation.

Also Marcos,

This is the only App we have in development currently. It's for the FRL152H. It won't be much use for other tags, because the FRL152H interface is quite different.
