RFID tag RI-I16-112A sourcing

I am from a Company based in the UK. We really need to source the tag detailed above which has already been converted into an adhesive label ready to apply to the under side of a plastic bottle. I am able to source the unconverted tag on the ribbon strip, it's a plain finished tag complete with adhesive backing I need. Does anyone have any contact who may stock this tag already converted or is able to do so at very short notice. Thank you - Andy
