Cannot write FAT on cc3000

I've got a cc3000 that does not have a mac or anything else and cannot seem to get updated.

I've ported the patch program to Kinetis K10 usingCodeWarrior and the SPI interface seems to be working well.

    I see no problem with your FAT-write command, but something is seriously wrong with your CC3000 as the reply for writing the Magic Number (ASCII "LS") should be:
    HCI_EVNT_NVMEM_WRITE: 02 00 00 00 09 | 04 02 02 05 | 00 00 00 00 00
    and not:
    HCI_EVNT_NVMEM_WRITE: 02 00 00 00 09 | 04 02 02 05 | 00 01 10 00 00

    Unfortunately there is no documentation what the error code 0x00001001 = 4097 means.
