CC3000 TCP connection closing problem during sending data

On the device side with cc3000 i listen tcp connection. When the client side (PC) connects, the device side start to send a lots of data.

If i close connection on the client side during sending data, the HCI_EVNT_BSD_TCP_CLOSE_WAIT evet never comes.
