CC3000/3100/3200 and EN 300 328 V1.8.1 Certification

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3200, CC3100

For the CC3000, I checked :

I reviewed the declaration of conformity.  The document claims CC3000 compliance to the ETSI EN 300 328 V1.7.1.  However, as of January 1, 2015, this standard has been superseded by EN 300 328 V1.8.1.  The new version of the standard is so different from the previous one that a complete reassessment of the module to the requirements of EN 300 328 V1.8.1 is necessary to claim compliance to the European R&TTE directive.  Could you please indicate if the C3000 module will be reassessed to the latest EN 300 328 V1.8.1 requirements? Will the CC3100 or CC3200 be certified to the 2015 requirements. If so, when.

Thank you.
