What does the channel space setting influence for?
I want to set the channel space setting as 200kHz for 400kHz actual bandwidth system, and I will use the alternate channels.
Also, CC2500 can communicate each other with the 200kHz channel space setting.

However, in the above case, should I set the channel space as 400kHz?

    - Which datarate/ deviation are you using?

    - With 400 kHz RX BW and 200 kHz channel spacing the channels will overlap by 50 %. Any reason you want this type of setup?

    - The normal is to set the channel spacing equal to or greater than the RX BW

    The answers are following.

    - Which datarate/ deviation are you using?
    datarate is 100kbps (2-GFSK).
    deviation is 177kHz.

    - With 400 kHz RX BW and 200 kHz channel spacing the channels will overlap by 50 %. Any reason you want this type of setup?
    The driver and firmware are customized to 200kHz channel spacing.
    However, to certify with FCC, the channel spacing must be changed to 400kHz.
    Therefore, I want to make the impact of the modification lower.
