The CC3200 JTAG 4Wire mode has no response but I can talk 2wire. How do I configure IAR or JLink Commander to talk through the IcePick module to the ARM Cortex-m4?
From the CC3200 Technical Reference:
As shown in Fig-1, the 4-wire JTAG signals from the chip pins are routed via an IcePick module. TAPs other than the Application MCU are reserved for TI production test. A TAP select sequence is required to be sent to the device to connect to the ARM Cortex M4 JTAG TAP. The 2-wire mode however directly routes the ARM SWD-TMS and SWD-TCK pins directly to the respective chip pins
I'm using a JLink debugger to talk to a CC3200 using the JTAG headers on a Launch Pad board.
