Can not Format and Program CC3200, but Can Ger version

My CC3200 Version is CC3200R1 M2

    It looks like you can start connecting to the device and then fails to proceed.

    Can you please reply on the followings:

    1) please send me the jumper settings on the board (picture is preffered)
    2) what version of Uniflash are you using? you can see it under help->about
    3) no other application (e.g. terminal emulation) is connected to the same COM port
    4) SOP2 jumper is not connected
    5) J6 and J7 are connecetd as FLASH (and not BP)
    6) the device has been formatted with "secure" and "alert" options unchecked
