Wifi Audio App has noise at sometime in playing

I can play music well but sometime in playing it produces noise and I dont know why.
I see in the code that Isbufferempty and Playwatermark has gaucZeroBuffer and I think it makes my problem.

So please help me how to solve this problem because the noise (and sometime interrupt, delay) in playing make my music not good although it plays well at almost.

Hi Giang,

When there is no enough data to play we are playing zeros as we continuously need to feed data to driver else driver will break. Playwatermark is nothing but implementation of buffering for smooth playback in case of network delay. We plays zeros until we have audio data less than watermark.

But it contain some sound like noise when streaming, I dont know if it causes by watermark or by streaming delay from the audio source.
Could you please help me how to solve this problem?

Hi Giang,

Play sine wave and capture the scope or record the audio when you are getting and share with us. Also is it noise coming in loopback mode also.

Someone tells me that it causes by overrun or empty buffer issue so I hear noise sometime in middle of music.
How can I handle that?
I'll try playing sine wave, too...
