I want to use XDS110 downloading only using 2-pin cJTAG, but failing. Could you tell me the reason ? thanks.

it's name is cc1310 launchPad rev: 1.3
I also have anthor one ,it's name likely SmartRf06 Evaluation Board. this one can use 2-pin cJTAG.

I'm sorry, just have a meeting.
I just keep VCC, GND, TMS, TCK linking to my development board. And hoping it also can work like using SmartRf06 Evaluation Board, which do it well.

It actually does support 2-pin cJTAG, but you will need to tweak a file in the installation (we haven't enabled a GUI option to select this, unfortunately). Here's what you need to do:

1. Exit SmartRF Flash Programmer 2

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\Flash Programmer 2\config\xds\board_config

2. Rename xds110.dat to e.g. xds110.dat.bak (to keep a backup)

3. Copy the attached file (link below) into the directory (xds110c2.dat)

4. Rename xds110c2.dat to xds110.dat.

5. Restart Flash Programmer.

It will now operate in 2-pin cJTAG mode.

Not sure what you mean by 6 pin cJTAG, but it should work in the same way for any XDS110.

cJTAG uses only TCK and TMS I/O pads and I have no problem to use it.

Yes, you can do debug with only TMS and TCK pins which is cJtag interface.
