Dear TI:

I used IAR->project->download->erase memory to erase the flash of chip CC2538SF23, but I can't succeed and got an error: "the flash loader program reported an error"fil

I used the board file is :FlashCC2538RAM32K.board

but if I use this file to erase the chip CC2538SF53, it will ok.

whant I want to know is what's the reason for this? can you show me another .board file for me or maybe other problem?

Hi,

What IAR version are you using? Also, are you able to erase your chip using Flash Programmer 2?

Hi Jason,
the IAR version is V7.40.2, and in my own board, we don't have UART to communicate with Flahs Programmer 2, So we can't use it to erase the chip.

Hi,

I am using IAR version 6.5. The zstack for CC2538SF53 is working well. There is no problem in erasing and downloading. But, if i use CC2538SF23 instead of CC2538SF53, the Erase memory option delivers an error message. But, the downloading is Ok. What are the changes to be made to correct it? Expecting your reply.
