LAUNCHXL-CC2650: BLE App and Stack sources

Hello,

I'm looking for the source code of the example program :

SmartRF Tools/BLE Device Monitor/firmware/cc26xx/launchpad/CC2650LaunchPad_BLE_All_v1_11.hex

Is it possible to get it somehow to modify it on CCS ?
